Lora + Gwyn’s Relaxed Wedding at Plas Dinas
Lora and Gwyn kept their wedding day simple and meaningful, which is just how they wanted it. The day started with a small ceremony at the chapel in Gaerwen, surrounded by around 20 of their closest family and friends. It was quiet, personal, and full of feeling.
The weather wasn’t perfect early on, but it didn’t faze either of them. They took everything in their stride, and the rain had cleared by the time we headed out for couple portraits. We made the most of the beautiful grounds: a cherry blossom tree in full bloom, bluebells scattered under the trees, and the scent of wild garlic in the air. It was the perfect backdrop for a few quiet minutes together — just the two of them stepping away from the noise.
Lora wore a gorgeous dress from Along Came Eve, with hair by Jess Vernon and make-up by Roxy Rose.
The evening brought more guests and a proper party atmosphere. Their first dance was to “Ti werth y byd”, which was even more special as they shared it with Gwenlli bach.
Family means everything to Lora and Gwyn — that came through in every part of the day. With their two children, Gwenlli and Cynan, close by, it felt like a real celebration of not just their relationship, but the life they’ve built together.
